Richard W. Decker
Richard W. Decker Jr. is chairman and co-founder of Belvedere Capital Partners LLC. Founded in 1994 and
headquartered in San Francisco. Belvedere is a financial services investment group, specializing in providing
capital and other advisory services primarily to regional banks and other financial services companies such
as insurance, wealth management, leasing and payment systems, throughout high-growth markets of America.
Prior to the formation of Belvedere Capital Partners Inc., Mr. Decker was a partner in The Contrarian Group,
which focuses on turning around undervalued and troubled companies by adding investment and operating
management. The founder and managing partner of the Contrarian Group, Peter V. Ueberroth, is the former
commissioner of Major League Baseball and president and CEO of the successful 1984 Olympic Games held in Los
Angeles and is the recent past chairman of the United States Olympic Committee.
Mr. Decker served for the past six years as a member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of
San Francisco; is the past chairman of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Northern California;
and a past member of the board of directors of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association in Boston,
Massachusetts. He also sits on multiple portfolio company boards of the Fund.
Mr. Decker earned his BS degree from Long Beach State University in 1967 and an MBA in 1969. In 1970, he
earned an additional graduate degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
In addition, he completed the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford Business School
and in 1986 completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
Alison Davis
Ms. Davis is the Managing Partner of Belvedere Capital, a San Francisco, CA-based private equity firm
that is the majority shareholder of Professional Business Bank. Prior to joining Belvedere, Ms. Davis was
the CFO of Barclays Global Investors, the San Francisco-based institutional money management firm with
over $2 trillion of assets under management. Earlier Ms. Davis spent 9 years with McKinsey and Company
focused on the financial services industry, and 7 years with A.T. Kearney as West Coast Practice Leader
and leader of the global financial institutions practice.
Ms. Davis has a BA with honors and a Masters degree from Cambridge University in England, and a c
ombined MBA from Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Marshall Laitsch
Mr. Laitsch is a seasoned Southern California banking veteran, with over thirty-five years of experience
in community and regional banking in Southern California. He has held numerous executive level positions
throughout his banking career including serving as President and Board Director for the Southern
California Division of Placer Sierra Bank. Placer Sierra Bank was the entity into which Belvedere Capital
Partners consolidated several community banks, and then sold it to Wells Fargo in 2007. Prior to Placer
Sierra, Mr. Laitsch was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunwest Bank in Orange County, and Pacific
Century Bank in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Mr. Laitsch graduated from Western Illinois University with a BBA and MBA in finance.

Justin Evans
Mr. Evans is a Principal with Belvedere Capital. Prior to joining Belvedere, Mr. Evans served as an
advisor and principal investor at organizations such as J.P. Morgan, Chinasource Investment Partners
and Bain & Company.
Mr. Evans holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB with honors
in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
Robert Kushner
Mr. Kushner is a founding partner of Kushner, Smith, Joanou & Gregson, LLP in Irvine, California, a
CPA firm providing a wide array of services including audit, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and
management consulting. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting and auditing, Mr. Kushner's
primary responsibilities at KSJG, LLP include client services, client development, technical review and
quality control.
Mr. Kushner has been a member of numerous bank boards. In addition, as a Certified Public Accountant
since 1977, Mr. Kushner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the
California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kushner received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of
Southern California.
Mary Lynn D. Lenz
President and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Business Bank
Ms. Lenz brings to Professional Business Bank - Spectrum Bank in excess of 35 years experience in
commercial and community banking. Ms. Lenz has a long track record of success in the banking industry,
and understands the power of relationship banking and the community bank model.
Ms. Lenz previously served as President and CEO of Massachusetts based Slade's Ferry Bancorp which was
acquired by Independent Bank Corp in 2008. Prior to Slade's she was the EVP of Retail Banking for Citizens
Bank of Massachusetts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland with assets of $164 billion.
Her career also includes 10 years at Cleveland based Key Corp in a variety of leadership roles in small
business banking, mortgage banking and retail banking.
Ms. Lenz attended the State University of New York, College of Buffalo and Niagara University. She served
on numerous non-profit boards including Leadership SouthCoast, American Heart Association, Saint Anne's
Hospital (Fall River, MA) and the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
Larry Tashjian
Mr. Tashjian was also a founder of Professional Business Bank. Mr. Tashjian is the President and CEO of
CAM Capital Advisors, an opportunistic, valued-based manager in all asset classes. Prior to starting CAM
Capital Advisors, he was Chief Executive Officer of Provident Investment Counsel (PIC), a Pasadena-based
investment company that specialized in growth stocks. Prior to joining PIC, Mr. Tashjian worked for the
Bank of America, both in retail banking and Corporate Finance.
Mr. Tashjian holds a BS in finance and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
