NetTeller Features:

Our internet banking product, NetTeller, gives you immediate access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of your home or office. Use NetTeller to:

• Check Account Balances
• View Current Transactions
• View front and back of current checks and deposit slips
• Verify deposits and withdrawals
• View Prior Months Bank Statements
• Download account information into financial management software such as Intuit’s Quicken or QuickBooks, Microsoft Money, Spreadsheet (.csv) or Word Processing (.txt)
• Transfer Funds Between Accounts
• Place Stop Payments

Works with Windows® and Macintosh® computers:

In order to use our NetTeller service you need to use one of the following web browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 (or higher)
• Netscape Navigator version 4.0 (or higher)

Both web browsers support special security (encryption) techniques to keep your online transactions private and secure. If you are using earlier versions of either of these browsers, click on the browser links above to visit their sites and download the latest version, then install them on your computer. NetTeller Online Banking works with both Windows and Macintosh computers.

How to get started with NetTeller®:

1. Apply for NetTeller service by contacting us at (866) 776-2265 or
email us at customer_service@probizbank.com
and we will forward you a NetTeller application by mail or email.

2. Visit the NetTeller User Guide page and read over the basic information there. Most questions will be answered on this page.

3. Once you have received the NetTeller Agreement by mail or email, fill it out and return it to us.

4. The bank will then assign you a NetTeller ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number) so that you can begin your online banking.
