Mary Lynn D. Lenz
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Lenz brings to Professional Business Bank - Spectrum Bank in excess of 35 years experience in commercial and community banking. Ms. Lenz has a long track record of success in the banking industry, and understands the power of relationship banking and the community bank model.
Ms. Lenz previously served as President and CEO of Massachusetts based Slade's Ferry Bancorp which was acquired by Independent Bank Corp in 2008. Prior to Slade's she was the EVP of Retail Banking for Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland with assets of $164 billion. Her career also includes 10 years at Cleveland based Key Corp in a variety of leadership roles in small business banking, mortgage banking and retail banking.
Ms. Lenz attended the State University of New York, College of Buffalo and Niagara University. She served on numerous non-profit boards including Leadership SouthCoast, American Heart Association, Saint Anne's Hospital (Fall River, MA) and the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
Robert A. Hunt
Senior Vice President, Director of Operations
Mr. Hunt was born and raised in Pasadena and brings 25 years of local banking experience to Professional Business Bank. Mr. Hunt began his
career in 1978 with Security Pacific Bank where he worked in operations and began his credit career. Mr. Hunt left Security Pacific in
1985 as a Vice President in Commercial Lending. He then moved to First Interstate Bank as a manager of several local banking offices
including their Pasadena Main office. He was also District Sales Manager of the San Gabriel Valley during his time with First Interstate.
In 1994 Mr. Hunt was asked to manage the Los Angeles Main office of Sanwa Bank where he also headed up their International Operations
Department. Mr. Hunt has also worked for Verdugo Banking Company and Community Bank in Pasadena until coming to Professional Business Bank
in June 2001. Mr. Hunt has always been involved in the community from being the past Chairman of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, a Member
of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses since 1990, and a member of the Board of Foothill Family Services in Pasadena.

James Westfall
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Professional Business Bank, Mr. Westfall spent more than 30 years in senior financial management positions at Bank of America, Chela Financial and Greater Bay Bancorp, the latter two as Chief Financial Officer. While at Greater Bay, Mr. Westfall led improvement in the financial management and market risk control practices which contributed to the successful sale of Greater Bay to Wells Fargo in 2007.
Functionally Mr. Westfall's responsibilities have been primarily focused on asset-liability management, with a particular emphasis on liquidity and interest rate risk control, capital strategy, balance sheet management, and customer product design and pricing practices. He is a past President of the North American Asset Liability Management Association.
Mr. Westfall holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Margie Christ
Senior Vice President, HR Director
Prior to joining Professional Business Bank - Spectrum Bank, Ms. Christ was the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at City
National Bank in Downtown Los Angeles. She began her career with Security Pacific Bank and Bank of America as a Commercial/Business
Banking Lending Manager.
After a short stint with KPMG in their Financial Services Practice, she re-joined Bank of America and
managed a variety of interesting new banking initiatives including an E-commerce solution for Business Banking customers and a
Private Banking growth effort. These activities ultimately led her to the position of Human Resources Manager for Private Banking
West at Bank of America, and then to City National.
Ms. Christ joined Professional Business Bank - Spectrum Bank as Director of
Human Resources and Strategy in November of 2007. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters Los
Angeles and is also involved in the Women Leaders Group of the United Way Los Angeles. Ms. Christ graduated from University of
California Irvine with a Bachelors in Economics and lives in Pasadena.
